The Athletic records group contains records, scrapbooks, photographs, brochures, realia, and the Bowdoin College athletics website that document the history of athletics and sport at Bowdoin College. Various sport programs, such as basketball, baseball, and track and field, have long histories at Bowdoin. Their records contain meet results, yearly score books, and photographs of teams from the 1880s to the 2000s.

Meeting materials including agendas, meeting packets, and minutes. There are also constitutions, reports, correspondence, and other records.

Files of the Glee Club of Bowdoin College. Files are organized into: Concerts (arranged by location), correspondence (arranged by date), office files, and tour information (both arranged alphabetically). Also contained is publicity information and files of member rosters, programs, constitutions, manuals, financial records, and ephemera.

This collection contains organizational material for the Model Democratic Convention as well as state delegation materials and ballots. Includes correspondence, reports, nominating petitions, surveys, volunteer registration forms, and newspaper clippings.
