The records contain news releases, publications, a series of scrabooks about College events from 1806 through 1962, publicity photographs of College people and events, an archive of the College website, and other informational material. Most notable are a complete set of the Bowdoin Thymes, a daily calendar of events, and the Sundial, a bi-weekly calendar. Forms containing production information about each publication are also in the records. The actual publications produced by the Office of Communications and Public Affairs for other campus departments are filed with that department.
