The incomplete original manuscript, two incomplete typed drafts, a final typescript, galley proofs, page proofs, and some of the original illustrations and maps are included. There are also magazine and newspaper reviews of the book from English, French and German publications, as well as invoices, receipts, and printed ephemera.
