Contains correspondence of both Elijah Kellogg, Sr., and Jr. The bulk of Elijah Kellogg, Sr.,'s correspondence concerns the schism in the Second Church, resulting in the formation of the Third Church. Elijah Kellogg, Jr.,'s correspondence consists primarily of family letters. Also included is correspondence concerning the Kellogg Memorial at Bowdoin College.
