Series Description:

This series contains six scrapbooks compiled by Susan Winchell Burnett prior to her 1914 marriage to Charles T. Burnett and afterward. Bowdoin invitations and programs, 1902-1906, are included as well as New England theater and concert programs, and memorabilia from a 1905 European tour. Additional memorabelia from travels abroad, photographs, postcards, and advertisements make up the various scrapbooks. The collections of clippings and other ephemera give a specific perepective of life in Maine during Susan Burnett's era.
