Scope and Contents
The Subject Files series contains the administrative working files of the Mellon Mays Undergraduate Fellowship program at Bowdoin College. The files also include material from the Joshua Chamberlain Scholarship and the Faculty Scholars program. Materials consist of appilication forms and letters of recommendation for prosepective student participants, including transcipt information, as well as research conducted by the students. Correspondence, memos, and other operational files are also contained in the series. These materials reflect the ongoing work that assists students and their advisors during their fellowships.
