The Administrative Subject Files series (1974-2001) contains material on organizational history as well as drafts of logos, project proposals, newspaper clippings, and other notes of the administrative team at the Maine Writers and Publishers Alliance. Much of the material is from 1985 to 2000 and is arranged chronologically. Some materials from early events are also contained in this series, such as the tenth anniversary fundraiser raffle.
