Scope and Contents From the Series: Charles Peleg Chander (1835-1862) the son of Charles Parsons Chandler and Sarah Murray Wheeler Chandler, was the newphew of Theophilus and Horace P. Chandler and the grand-nephew of Peleg W. Chandler.
