Baxter House is located at 10 College Street. Baxter House was built in 1901 by Hartley Cone Baxter '78 and Mary Lincoln Baxter. Beginning in 1951 Alpha Sigma Nu occupied Baxter House for twenty years. The Baxter Family Memorial Fund was established in 1973 by his son, John L. Baxter '16 with gifts by John L. Baxter, Jr. '42 and Hartley C. Baxter II '48 in order that all residents may more fully enjoy this Baxter home and their years at Bowdoin College.

Burnett House is located at 232 Maine Street.

Helreich House is located at 238 Maine Street. Helmreich House formerly Alpha Rho Upsilon was dedicated on October 30, 1999 in honor of Ernst Christian Helmreich. Distinguished member of the Bowdoin faculty 1931-1972, Thomas Brackett Reed Professor of History and Political Science, Advisor to the Thorndike Club 1937-1946, Recipient of the 1974 Alumni Award for Faculty and Staff and the 1991 Gordon S. Hargraves '19 Preservation of Freedom Fund Prize.

Howell House is located at 228 Maine Street. Howell House formerly Alpha Delta Phi was dedicated on October 21, 2000 in honor of Roger Howell, Jr. (1936-1989), Class of 1958, a member of Alpha Delta Phi, a distinguished historian and the tenth president of Bowdoin College.

The Inter-House Council (IHC) is the steward of collaboration and organization between the Houses. The student assembly, advised by the Office of Residential Life, is led by the Executive Committee and includes the Vice President and Programming Director from each House. Monthly IHC meetings provide a forum for House leaders to plan events and discuss topics affecting the College Houses as a whole.

Quinby House is located at 250 Maine Street. Quinby House formerly Kappa Psi Upsilon was dedicated on September 18, 1999 in honor of George (Pat) Hunnewell Quinby, Class of 1923. Distinguished member of the Bowdoin faculty 1934-1969, Director of Dramatics 1935-1966.
