The Printed Works & Photographs series contains images and illustrations of theatrical productions of Uncle Tom’s Cabin as well as written works and publications related to the novel such as the Uncle Tom’s Cabin Almanack. Photographs include movie stills from the 1927 silent film adaptation and the 1965 German film Onkel Toms Hütte, a glass plate negative of a traveling show company, and actors who played key characters in various adaptions of Uncle Tom’s Cabin.
