Scope and Contents

The records of short-lived or ephemeral student groups, and student groups with a small amount of material held by the Archives, are contained in this collection. If a student organization created records of a substantial nature, it has a separate listing. Some groups may be extracted and given their own resource record in the future.

The collection contains information dating from 1806 on student groups and organizations. Included are constitutions, meeting agendas and minutes, correspondence, invitations, posters, flyers, programs, and other records. Student groups with substantial material held by the Archives are listed in separate records, while those groups with a small amount of material are listed alphabetically in this record group.
