Biographical/Historical Note
Richard Wayne Bradeen was born April 19, 1847 in Porter, Maine. He received his medical education from the Medical School of Maine at Bowdoin College, receiving his M.D. with the class of 1871. After being graduated, Bradeen practiced medicine in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, where he died on March 1, 1881.
