Biographical/Historical Note

The position of Director of Personnel was created in 1988 and had responsibility for developing and administering the College's personnel policies and procedures. Effective September 1988, Caroline Garcia became the newly appointed Director of Personnel, reporting to the Treasurer. Renamed in 1991 from Personnel Office to Human Resources Department, the office continues to be responsible for issues concerning employees of the College.
