David Kemble Montgomery was graduated from Bowdoin College in 1927 (b. 14 Feb. 1905, Portsmouth, NH). Author of "Why Go to Church" (1945), "The Tree of Life" (1950), and "Signs and Symbols of Christmas" (1952). Episcopalian priest and author.
