Scope and Content
The contents of the handbook has varied since its original publication. Biographical/Historical Note
The student handbook was originally published by the Young Men's Christian Association (YMCA). By 1926 the group's name was shortened to simply the Christian Association. The Interfaith forum took over publication from 1954 until 1961 when the Sloan National Scholars published one issue. The publisher is unknown between 1962 and 1969 when publication was discontinued briefly. Production resumed in 1973 when the Dean of Students, and in 1993, the office of the Dean of the College, now the Dean of Student Affairs began publishing the handbook.
