William D. Shipman’s papers from his work relating to Maine energy and natural resources planning. Contains energy conference reports, Maine energy studies, reports, plans, and related correspondence. Also contains US/Canadian economic reports, economic research papers, news articles regarding energy/natural resources, and published newsletters on Maine energy. Some of the reports include handwritten notes by Shipman and some papers are also annotated with handwritten notes by Shipman.
