Subseries Description:

Contains records kept separately by Brewster's office, but only from 1951-52. Taft was a close political ally and the careers of the two were connected on many major issues. Taft and Brewster survived uninjured the crash of a small plane on the frozen Kennebec River in Maine on their way to an appearance in 1950.
