Series Description:

This series contains records, starting in 1980, relating to the College's participation in WCBB - Channel 10 (Colby-Bates-Bowdoin Educational Telecasting Corporation). On July 1, 1992, WCBB - Channel 10 and the Maine Public Broadcasting Network of the University of Maine System merged to form the Maine Public Broadcasting Corporation. As a co-founder of WCBB, Bowdoin's president has served as a member of the Maine Public Broadcasting Corporation Board of Trustees. President Edwards' files contain notes, memos, meeting agendas and minutes, reports, publications, and newspaper clippings.
