Series Description:

Contains Hall's curriculum vitae and an incomplete bibliography; research material, primarily clippings, for a never-completed autobiography entitled Child of Chance and Choice; his log of a Maine coast voyage of the "Alibi" from Mere Point to Camden and back, July 14-19, 1949; personal documents; a speech by John Halperin (Bowd. 1963), in which he recognizes the effect of Hall's teaching on him; Bowdoin College Class of 1936 Class Day and fiftieth reunion material; and material relating to Hall's service on the Governor's Council on Art and Culture. There are also photographs of Hall used for public relations, as well as casual snapshots on the coast, and group pictures.
