Scope and Contents

Many of the negatives include images of sports, athletes, Bowdoin athletics, Bowdoin students, and other campus events. The negatives have been scanned and are searchable in the Image Gallery. The included indexes assisted in identifying the individuals in the images.

Physical Description

A large selection of the negatives are severely deteriorated. The negatives are also off gassing in their archival housing. The digitized versions are available for easier viewing of the images.
