Series Description:

Reed house is located at 7 Booty Street. Reed House formerly Alpha Eta of Chi Psi was dedicated on September 28, 2007 in memory of Thomas Brackett Reed (1839-1902), Class of 1860, LL.D. 1890. Representative, Maine House of Representatives, Maine Senator, and Maine Attorney General. Representative, U.S. House of Representatives, 1877-1899, and Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, 1889-1891 and 1895-1899.
