Also includes texts of some lectures including the 1964 lecture (at the First Parish Church, Brunswick) by Martin Luther King Jr. for the Bowdoin College Spring Issues Conference; the 1996 Harrison King McCann Professorship of the English Language Inaugural Lecture by Franklin G. Burroughs Jr. and the 1995 William D. Shipman Research Professorship of Economics Inaugural Lecture by A. Myrick Freeman III.
