This series contains subject files relating to special programs, events and active and defunct committees from 1966 to 1992, although most records are from 1966-1987. Included are memos, reports, guest lists, program plans, budget and cost files. The series contains all the general correspondence of the Deans of Faculty and official records of some College committees. Committees represented include: Faculty Research, Governance, Lectures and Concerts, Library, Recording (see also Recording Committee in the Faculty record group), Benefits and others.

This series continues with records from 1989 in Subject Files, 1989-.
