Scope and Contents

The Research Files series (1940-1999) is made up of publications, writings, and resource materials, primarily on LaCasce’s major fields of interest and study such as oceanography, astronomy, and physics. A few assorted files on Bowdoin’s Naval Training School, fundraising, and various reprints of articles written by Bowdoin alumni are also included.
