June 20, 1835, Arthur Woodside Mackadarie, British province, laborer, recovered judgment against William Whiteside 2d of that name in Brunswick, formerly a resident of new Brunswick in the British Provinces in America, Mariner for the sum of $284.57; July 19, 1856, James B. Hall and Horace B. Bartol of Portland, put William Woodside, Master of the Ship Emily A. Hall, of said Portland, to be our lawful attorney for us and in our name to sell and convey the Ship Emily A. Hall of said Portland; registered in the District of Portland and Falmouth, and being of the burthen of 1019 79/95 tons: said ship being owned solely by us, as will fully appear by the register thereof.; Sept. 19, 1857, Arthur Woodside of Brunswick for $120, by William Woodside of Brunswick, all the hay and fodder now in the barn occupied by me in said Brunswick being estimated at 12 tons, he having the right to remove the same at any time; Nov. 30, 1870, Edward H. Woodside of Brunswick recovered judgment against Abbie J. Wilson of Brunswick for the sum of $42.76; Apr. 7, 1876 Assignment of Patent Right from Walter S. McManus and Robert S.
