Maine speaks, corrections needed, 1989
Scope and Contents
The Publications series (1980-2000) consists of notes and draft work related to the various newsletters, books, teaching guides, and other printed works that the MWPA produced like its cookbook “Eating Between the Lines: A Maine Writers’ Cookbook.” Arranged alphabetically, most of the series is annotated copies of unfinished works, working copies of published material, or additional notes and correspondence about ongoing publishing projects, including their publications “Maine Speaks,” the monthly newsletter – which changed its name to “Maine in Print” and “This Month in Maine Literature” – and the annual book catalogue. Bound publications have been removed from the collection and catalogued in the Bowdoin College Library, including the newsletter (see PN155 .M356 oversize folio).
