Scope and Contents

The Book Distribution Service series (1987-2003) contains the records of the Alliance’s publishing unit that distributed printed works to booksellers across Maine and New England. Arranged alphabetically, it includes financial records and receipts of purchase, contributor files, and a roster of publishers. The service ended in 2001 and its conclusion is documented in a file of newspaper clippings that include letters to the editor from MWPA members.
