From the Series:

Committee records and board meeting minutes, general correspondence, and financial statements are included in the Board and Committee Meetings (1988-1999), Correspondence (1987-2000), and Financials (1987-1999) series, respectively. These three series are arranged chronologically. Much of the Financial series consists of budgetary information and correspondence relating to advertising. Some correspondence and financial information can also be found in the Administrative Subject Files or Author and Publisher Personnel Files series.
