Description:
These materials were produced between 1982 and 1988. Types include audio cassette tapes; VHS, BetaMax, and UMatic (broadcast) tapes; clippings; signs; bumper stickers; balloons; and promotional photos and slides. The Mitchell campaign hired Vision Associates in 1982 and Squier-Eskew Communications in 1988 to produce their audio and visual promotional materials. Audio and video tapes document Senate hearings, debates, interviews with Mitchell, television and radio advertisements, and events attended by Senator Mitchell. Photos and slides were used for additional promotional purposes such as signs, posters, newsletters, and press releases.
